XMT-MOTO Vivid Black King Tour Trunk+Luggage Rack+Backrest Fit for Harley Davidson Touring Road King Road Glide Street Glide and Select CVO Models 2014-2025

Bought this for my Harley Softail. Basically only reason for buying it was so my wife would be more comfortable and feel more secure on the back of my ride. Have to say, it looks great and functions well. The lock is sturdy. The tether seems like it could be a bit stronger, doubt it will last all that long. The backrest material is decent quality, not the best, but functions pretty good. There is tons of space in this thing and will be helpful on my multi-day trips.

When I first ordered this trunk I expected to do lots of modifications on it because this was not a trunk that was designed to work with Indian motorcycles. I ordered the trunk mount and reinforcement plate separately and expected to have to get out the old tape measure and make some modifications. I was surprised to see that the bolt holes matched up perfectly with the Indian motorcycle mount! I did not have to do any modifications, just drill the holes. The Finish looked really good and even though it was not the Thunder black, it looks so close you would never tell the difference. The quality seems just fine except for the passenger backrest which feels like it has very thin and delicate vinyl which I fully expect to crack or split in the near future. I also got the luggage rack and the only issue that I had with the luggage rack was that the holes on the luggage rack did not match up with the trunk and I had to do some slight modification which included my bench vise and a little muscle to try to get the bolt holes to line up. Also, do not expect this trunk to be semi-water resistant.. I had to order some black RTV sealant to touch up where the holes were drilled for the luggage rack because there were no rubber washers included with the luggage rack. The trunk liner also wasnt very well adhered, but this is a pretty minor thing...nothing that a little spray adhesive wont fix. All in all, I saved about $1,700 going with this trunk setup instead of the OEM and it will be fully functional and ready for my next road trip after some very minor waterproofing. If you are worried whether this will fit your Indian motorcycle, I can assure you that if you purchase the trunk mount that works with your bike, this will bolt right to it. Now I just need to add a little personalization to it and maybe some stop lights and it will be perfect.

Great quality for the price, and just as good as Top Brand Your Pack, I bought this after my Chopped Your pack latches started to break off the pack, and water a King so I can put my full shield helmet in the bike,. So yes you have to drill the whole to mount the bracket to the tour pack, but I used the old bracket and mount from my old tour pack. Took my Son on a ride after I installed it on the vike and he say it comfortable and much better than the Chopped your pack back rest. I would definitely buy again or tell people to buy this. Again you have to drill the hole to attach the pack to the bracket.

Should have instructions on how to drill holes and mount bolts, nuts, washers etc. I was able to figure it out but eveyone can do it without directions.

So when it arrived it was in pieces, the rack and backrest were not attached. For everyone wondering the holes are not drilled and the marks on the inside don’t really line up well. But for the money. Just take your time lining up the rack and it will turn out fine

This aftermarket trunk is easy to install and fits my FLHCS exactly. If your looking for a tour pack for your Heritage Softail this is the one.

The retention cord was not set the right length and would flop over. It's easy to shorten by tying a new knot in it but that's just the beginning. The latch slips open when you ride. It looks right sitting in the driveway but when you get to your destination it will have slipped apart, but still in the closed position. I haven't figured out a fix for it. To duplicate the issue I attached a video showing how little force it takes by just moving my finger on the latch. If you hit a bump the same thing happens. The male part of the latch is flat and smooth, with the finish on it it makes it even more slippery. It doesn't matter if you lock it first or not. It still does it. The seller is no help in resolving the issue. Their solution is to buy another latch. The marks in the top do not align to the luggage rack. Other reviews noted that as well. Definitely get the mounting plate. The bottom of the backrest is already ripping. Not even one full season, and rarely ridden 2 up. Serious junk. Other than that it's nice. But there's probably better ones out there. You'll pay more but buy once cry once.

Fitted this to my 2022 Harley Davidson SportGlide (FLSB), Now i cant live without it.

Excellent product! Ample storage space and solid construction. I thought the shipper forgot the keys and contacted them. Response was swift and friendly. I found them taped to the inside of the box. My bad but it was easy to miss so watch for that. I have no doubt the seller would have rectified it immediately if they were missing. Excellent service!
