My Chiro suggested I add Quercetin to my regime and friends, I stopped taking all allergy pills over the summer! I live in Oregon where EVERYTHING blooms. I have a history of sensitivity to mosquito bites and have a reaction known as “Skeeter Syndrome” with severe swelling. Since taking this product, my mosquito bites are limited to a red bump with very little itch, and I am so very grateful! I agree with all who say the taste is delicious, and so easy to use. This is an awesome remedy for histamine overload.

This product not only tastes good it works! It helps with seasonal allergies but is fantastic for MCAS. Has helped me to have less histamine response at that 2-4AM window and sleep through the night.
