I love how this Chocolate just has basic ingredients and no fillers and emulsifiers., etc. Most regular Milk Chocolate does not taste like chocolate anymore, but fillers and emulsifiers. I wish this chocolate were a little more chocolatey, but I'll take the mild natural taste. There is a slight fruity like flavor that all high quality chocolate has. The texture is perfect-not fatty and soft and not hard. Just in between.

We have a soy allergy in our home and so being soy free is a big deal for us. These taste great and the quality is wonderful. For soy free, which is a rare find in a chocolate bar, these have good value for your money. You’ll love them.

This is the best testing, most affordable gluten and soy free chocolate. Highly recommend if you have thyroid issues or just want to consume cleaner chocolate.
