Works perfectly. The teapot broke recently (my fault I dropped it accidentally) any chance of getting this separately as a replacement part? Thanks otherwise I love the product and does exactly what I need it to do!

I bought it and the warmer went bad in 2 months and the seller reject the warranty. Its worth the price tge product is in very low quality

Works great. Works like a samovar should. Keeps the tea warm all day long without having to press buttons every hour.

Very easy to use

The worst quality of this type of appliance I've ever had even for a cheap Chinese. I will never buy a Golda product. All the handles broke off the pot and warmer died after 4 weeks.

It broke down within six months; the bottom of the lower water tank melted where it sits on the base, and I can't use it.

I bought this kettle in August and the first one was dead immediately. As it was under 30 day guarantee, I asked for a replacement and received it immediately. Unfortunately the second one is also not working properly, it is about to die soon. I said "The kettle is not working, the base seems like the problem. Can you send me a new electric base?". The reply I received is below : >>> "Hi, how are you? We apologize for the inconvenience, but we checked the customer's order details and we found out that it was purchased 3 months ago and please keep in mind that our return policy is only up to 30 days and we can't neither replace nor refund your money. Thank you" Stay away from this kettle, it will stop working after 3-4 months.
