I read the reviews saying the head tines were bent. So it was with my polythene wrapped item. I straightened them out but such malleable metal might not stand up to much use . I tried it out, it did the job and hopefully all will be well.

As others have said, the plastic part on the top part of the handle of the rack comes off. I hung the rake on a hook in my garage only to find it on the floor. If the company glued the plastic part to the handle, it would likely eliminate this problem. Otherwise, it seems a decent length and reasonable quality, although I have only used it once so far.
