When I replaced my gigantic sectional shortly after my divorce (because it was falling apart), I went with something smaller--a green velvet Chesterfield sofa with button tufting. I LOVE that couch. If I ever move cross-country--if I ever move ANYWHERE--that couch is coming with me. However, there was one problem: my two kids HATED that couch, because my older son always wants to lie down on it, leaving no room for my younger son. I was sick of refereeing the couch space, issuing edicts about what hours of the day it could be used for lying down vs. sitting down, repeating myself OVER and OVER again, telling my kids "This half is yours, this half is yours, now STOP ARGUING!"...you get it if you have more than one child! I thought if I got some coordinating ottomans, it would solve the issue (because they'd each be able to sit comfortably however they wanted without crowding the other), but it was a matter of matching the couch. Enter these ottomans. They're well-made and comfortable, and the price can't be beat! Assembling them was beyond easy--all I had to do was screw on the legs and attach the cushions, and boom, done. They're sturdy and durable--I've had mine for a little while now, and they still look brand-new despite being used daily. And best of all, they're a perfect match for my couch: right height, right width, right material, right color. If you're looking for a great ottoman, get this one--or, do what I did, and get two! You'll be glad you did!

This is a really big and nice ottoman, especially for the price! No weird smell when I took it out of the packaging. Took a couple days for the cushion to fully expand. Love the shade of green as well - a true forest green.

The ottoman does NOT match the color of the couch. I even went through the trouble of trying to request a fabric swatch before buying the ottoman to make sure it matches the couch and they said they cannot provide fabric swatches. So I took a chance and bought it anyways and am extremely disappointed to find that they are not an exact match. It's hard to get a good photo- but the couch (left) is a nice blue-ish green, and the ottoman (right) is a darker forest green. The seller advertises the couches and ottoman as a set, but they really are not.

Very pretty but it comes compressed and the wrinkles still haven’t all come out and it’s been a month. The green is as shown and pretty but the wrinkles makes me give it a 4 not a 5

We recently purchased this fabulous ottoman for our living room, and it has become an absolute favorite of our family. Well made and easy to assemble. The top does come off as it is a separate piece so it might slide around a bit. Over all great value
