Great health product: buy with confidence
This is one of the most powerful black seed oils on the market. I've tried others. I bought it for the health benefits of thymoquinone; a known antioxidant. There are other constituents that are good for health. The taste is sharp - much sharper than other black seed oils which is evidence of how raw it is. That's what I wanted; the real thing! Other black seed oils do not taste as powerful as this. The taste is not problem for me because it easily is taken away by consuming a slice of toast, or having a meal. It's also grainy with very tiny remnants of black seed after the pressing process of extraction of the oil. That is also proof of how raw it is. One can avoid the graininess by not shaking the bottle. Anyways I wanted the full thing so I always shake the bottle to get it real and pure. I don't expect to 'feel better' for taking this oil because it works on the inside of the body. I can't feel it doing any antioxidising, obviously. So for me, I got the real thing at a good price and I'm happy with that. As long as price stays nice, I'll be a repeat customer.

Substitute for NSAIDs?
I'm only taking this stuff because I have a back complaint and Black Seed oil has anti-inflammatory qualities. Unfortunately I've been advised not to take NSAIDs for various reasons which is why I'm taking this oil. Revolting taste, but fortunately I only take 1 teaspoon a day. Probably too early to say whether it's made any difference, but my Osteopath swears by it....
