This is my favorite of all the Epsom varieties I've tried over the years. I'm a big fan of Epsom baths and using the ashwaganda selection adds a fantastic aromatherapy aspect to it. Always feel like I have a big boost of energy for the day after a bath with these, great help with pain/soreness from injuries.

LOVE THIS BATHSALT! Smells amazing and is truly relaxing. Make sure you’re using enough- calls for 2 cups per tub

I combine this with foaming bath for a great self spa.
Epsom salt is great for sore muscles. Ashwagandha is thought to be a stress buster. It also has orange and ylang ylang. It smells great and does all it says.

I love to use this for my soaking baths. The Ashwagandha and essential oils smell quite nice. I do add to it sometimes with a tea satchel full of mugwort and butterfly pea flower. I always pair it with a bubble bath of some kind. Lately, I've been using this with the Dr. Teal's bubble bath.
