I have these pans from a few days only but I need to say they are sooooo much more valuable than their price, and more valuable than the average pans you can find nowadays even in high street shops.By now I am more than happy with the cooking and with the easiness of cleaning. They are heavy enough, which to me is symptom of good cooking and long lasting (I have been selling pans for over 10 years in the 00's and I know what a good pan is and how much it weighs!)

It sticks the first week was good after the second I couldn’t even make an omelette. Because sticks everywhere and burn the food absolutely crap

The coating is absolutely lovely..so smooth. Heat the pan a little before adding the oil..allow oil to heat before adding food. If you do this, you will have a gorgeous experience. After dishing up, don't put the hot pan under water..just leave it on the side to cool..you will be delighted how everything pulls away just with a sponge!! wow!! An expensive pan but worth it.

We like the pan because its supposed to be made from not toxic material. After a month of very careful use, it's started to stick in some areas. But it's still better than using carcinogenic pans.

I've used my pans for several weeks now and I cooked a variety of foods on them, including eggs, fish, bacon, vegetables, etc. and the pans performed flawlessly. Nothing got stuck, they were easy to clean and on top of that, I have the peace of mind knowing that no harmful chemicals are used in the coating.

These are great pans. The best I have had so far. Truly non stick and easy to wash. Very well made and with care, will last longer. I recommend them.

We were looking to replace a set of premium brand hard anodized Teflon coated cookware we had purchased several years ago. The hard anodized finish had disintegrated and the Teflon was shot with regular use.We looked for a stainless steel pan that had a ceramic.coated interior and lit on Greenpan. The tri ply stainless shells are strong, sturdy, and distribute heat quickly and evenly. The ceramic coating is truly non-stick and easy to clean. We have had no issued even when using metal utensils and washing the pots and pans in our dishwasher.So far we are sold 100%.Our only complaint was finding open stock for the exact sizes we wanted. We ended up with Chatham Stainless 2.5 quart pots, and the 8" and 11" Venice Pro Stainless pans. Other than the Chatham pots having a somewhat darker ceramic interior, it's hard to tell they come from different lines.Highly recommended.
