This stuff works. I tried so many creams and other expensive products. None of them worked. Even the stuff I got from the foot doctor. I used the whole tube without seeing any progress. I have only been using for a month and I see a lot of progress. My nails that are affected are less brown and they don’t hurt. I use a nail grinder every two weeks to grind a layer off so the stuff can go deeper. It works! I would say in another month or two my nails will be back to normal and I’ll keep using it to insure I never have ugly toenails again!

I bought this again because i knocked over the first bottle that i had And i am so fed up with trying to find something that makes a difference. Nothing really works. The Rx items are too expensive and usually not covered by ins so i decided to try this. I'm giving it 3 stars because i really don't know yet. I do not have a bad case of this toe thing, and its only on one foot for me, but the one thing that i WILL say, is that it seems to have a drying effect on the existing nails. You follow the instructions to file down the nails affected & keep them clean & use the stuff. Whether or not it really gets rid of toe fungus I do not know yet. But i am slightly skeptical. So i will come back after a reasonable period of time to re-review this item.

I have tried soooo many fungus products that is sad (not to mention the money I have spent). I have been dealing with it for 15 years at least on my two big toes. My podiatrist said tea tree oil -- did NOTHING. I did not want to go on lamisil as I like beer and wine and was worried that I could damage my liver. My 91 year old mom got a fungus in the assisted living facilty and her doc prescribed Ciclopirox. I could not believe the positive results on my moms nail so I ask my podiatrist to prescribe it for me. OMG -- I am wearing open toed sandals and toe nail polish -- I am soooo happy, thank you CICLOPIROX.

What a fantastic product! This product does as advertised. Very easy to soak feet in warm water and then apply the product with the supplied applicator brush. It also helps ease the pain and removes the black coloring in the nail! The product works as long as you use it according to the directions. Simple but yet very effective in treating toenail fungus. Will purchase more when needed. This bottle would seem to last quite a while! good product and ease of use.

I started with toenail fungus on my big toe which went all the way to the cuticle. I didn't know if any product could reach that far or be effective. Seven months later, I have a fresh toenail which has grown out 3/4 of the way to the edge of the nail. I'm confident it will continue to grow all the way there. I've been applying it morning & evening between the edge of the nail & nail bed hoping that it would soak all the way under to the cuticle. Apparently it has. I'm extremely pleased & highly recommend this product.

I received this in early June, & it is now nearing the end of September as I write this review. I have toenail fungus on my big toe, & possible on some of the smaller ones where there's been lifting of the cuticles, & some white discoloration, one also thickening. I've been treating all of the nails on the one foot. The bottle is small, but it goes a long way. I use it twice a day, & I still have plenty left. I don't notice any strong smell at all (& I use a lot of unscented products, so my nose is very sensitive). It's easy to apply. It comes with clear instructions. I love that it's natural ingredients, so there's no worry for long term use. The brush has taken a beating almost 3.5 months later, it's got a "cow lick", so I wouldn't mind having an extra brush whereas the liquid seems to outlive it. My nails are coming in clear, however, I use this along with other methods like soaking my feet once or twice a day in something anti-fungal like baking soda or apple cider vinegar, & I also use a FIR infrared heat lamp twice a day. I do notice this stuff does dry the toenails out some. When I run out, I am going to buy another bottle, & so on & so forth until all of the nails are completely grown out. I would recommend this.

I am on my 2nd bottle. My nail looks better but I can't see much progress. I have a new bottle now and will continue to use and see how I progress. My nails don't look as ugly but I would like to see more new nail after 6 month
