It gently pulls my shoulders back and helps improve my posture throughout the day, especially when sitting for a long periods. The materials feels strong, but it is also breathable and it comfortable to wear under the closes. adjustable straps make it easy to get a right fit and it’s easy to put on. I’m very satisfied with a product, it does exactly what it claims. Also comes with a bad for storage and carrying. Grate item for the reasonable price.

Poor fit flimsy strap clamp hardware one side broke while I was opening it after I had already opened the opposite side. It slides all over and I don't recommend it
