I have a german shepherd that drools water everywhere and this mat has been a game changer. It wipes clean with a damp cloth. You don't see dried water spots from her drooling & it doesn't soak through to the back side at all. Highly recommend!

The mat is great for feeding but I gave it only 4 stars because it comes packaged in a very tight roll and is difficult to lay flat. We have tried reverse rolling and when that didn't work tried laying heavy objects on it overnight. No luck. The edges still curl

We replaced the previous pad because our puppy (he's actually 14 years old, but he's still our puppy) is losing his teeth, and he makes quite the mess when he drinks his water. The old pad would get moldy because of all the water that was dripping on it. We've only had this new pad for a week, but it absorbs the water and then it dries quite quickly. We're happy with it!
