I slipped my C5 disc doing CrossFit six years ago. If you’re reading this and you’ve experienced a cervical disc injury, you know how painful it can be. For the last six years, I’ve lived with near-constant pain — shooting pain from my neck up into my head, down my arm, and numbness in my arm. I’ve tried multiple pillows over the years and never found one that truly helped or gave me consistent relief. About six weeks ago, I slept wrong and had a major flare-up. It was almost as painful as the original injury. That’s when I decided it was time to try something different. This pillow caught my attention because of its contour shape, the way your head rests in it, and the height options. The reviews were positive, so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. For the first time in six years, I have real relief. The improvement was noticeable the very first morning. I did rest more and limited exercise to walking during the flare-up, but I genuinely credit most of my recovery to this pillow. For reference, I am 5’11”, 185 lbs, with broad shoulders. Pillow height and firmness matter a lot for me. I am a side sleeper, and this pillow supports my neck perfectly. It keeps my spine aligned and fills the space between my shoulder and the mattress exactly the way it should. I have never had a pillow support my neck like this one. The foam is firm but still soft and comfortable. The contour design cradles your head without feeling suffocating. The edges allow space for your hands and even provide light wrist support. It truly feels engineered for comfort. It also stays cool throughout the night — I have not once woken up feeling overheated. I’ve even started sleeping on my back more because it feels so natural and supported. I sleep through the night now instead of constantly adjusting pillows to get the height right. Before this pillow, I would wake up in intense pain. Now, after six weeks, I wake up nearly pain-free. I can turn my neck comfortably. I’ve started light jogging and weights again. My neck genuinely feels like it is healing. I also want to mention the vendor support, which was outstanding. When I first opened the pillow, I thought it might not be tall enough. The instructions mentioned that if you needed additional height, you could request an insert. I emailed the company at 10:00 pm on a Sunday. They responded within 30 minutes, asked for my invoice and address, and sent the insert at no charge. The insert added about an inch of height — and that inch made all the difference. Installation was simple. I even included a photo comparing it to my old pillow. The extra height completely transformed the support. This pillow was not expensive, especially considering the relief it has provided and the quality of sleep I’m now getting. After years of pain, I had accepted that I might just have to live with it. I’ve seen too many people have poor outcomes from surgery and didn’t want to go that route. This pillow has given me hope that my pain can significantly improve — maybe even resolve. This pillow is AMAZING!!! I can't tell you how many pillows I have been through trying to find the right one that would give me a good night's sleep, would not give me a neck ache, would be cooling and would be comfortable lying on my back or my side. This is it. Not only does it cover all of my needs, its also allows me to wear my glasses when lying on my side watching a show on my iPad. I own two of these and will always travel with one in tow. I highly recommend. The cover is removable, allowing you to be able to wash it. The pillow is firm where it needs to be, while providing great support and excellent pain relief.

I've been sleeping with memory foam pillows for a few years and wanted to try this pillow to see if it could be better. I was intrigued by the shape. With my memory pillows, I've been tossing and turning quite a bit lately. Would this strange looking pillow be any better? Well.... the answer is YES! It's a brilliant pillow. The first time I used it - and I hate to say this - I slept so good that I actually woke myself up because I started to drool.... and I'm NOT a drooler! But, yes, I was that comfortable and can't believe how soundly I slept. I have always slept on either my left or my right side, one of the reasons I toss and turn most nights. But with this strange pillow, I actually plop my head on it and I can easily sleep on my back.... and that's how I wake up in the morning too. And I actually feel like I've had a great nights sleep. ~~~~ Calling it an "ultra pain relief cooling pillow for neck support" pretty much says it all. Yes, I feel that this pillow is cooler than a traditional pillow, and the neck support is - IMO - fantastic. Probably why I sleep so peacefully. ~~~~ Is this the perfect pillow? Not hardly, I do have a few complaints but they are minor compared to how good I sleep. It's obvious that when I go to sleep, it's a vary sound sleep. So occasionally, I tried sleeping on my side just to see if I would have to 'toss or turn' though out the night. I haven't. But with that said, the pillow claims that it has this "indention" on each side to make it easy to wrap you arm around the pillow and 'hug' it. Not so easy, if there's a trick to 'hugging' my pillow, I haven't figured it out yet. But that's minor compared to my sound sleep. ~~~ The only other thing I have to complain about is that the pillowcase on the pillow? I would like it if they sold extra pillowcases so I could toss this in the laundry and not have to wash immediately if I don't feel like doing laundry that day. I could definitely benefit from a second pillowcase.... especially if I'm turning into a drooler from sleeping so comfortably. ~~~~ Complaints are very minor compared to what a great pillow this is for me. But for those very minor reasons, giving this pillow 4-stars.

I had for a long time been waking up with pain in my neck & shoulders. Also, most of the time with a headache. This pillow, has helped so much. There are days I actually wake up pain free. About a month after I received mine we ordered one for my husband. He has really enjoyed it also. It is a good quality pillow which supports my neck and shoulders in the perfect position to get a good nights sleep.

It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It's not that nice next to your face. Mine has gone to the bin.

Esta almohada me ha disminuido mucho el dolor de cuello e incluso de espalda. Siento que respiro mejor cuando estoy dormida. Hay que darle tiempo para que la almohada se adapte a tu cuerpo y también que tu cuerpo se ajuste a la almohada.
