This is awesome for the price, was going to order a Xymox, but the one I wanted was out of stock and charged a fortune to ship from USA. This does exactly the same. Great snare sound, rebound etc and can hold stocks in purpose designed slot when not playing. Comes with budget Donner sticks which are fine for a beginner. Great value for quality and price paid.

Not a complete novice to drumming, but haven't played for years - so wanted something fairly faithful to practice without the noise! Really nice experience, very well made and the rebound and snare sound is great without being too loud. Recommended for a beginner or a rusty drummer just wanting to get back into playing. The pad comes with a basic drumming rudiments sheet of music notation - but probably needs further explanation/demo links to a video of what you're supposed to be doing. A small minor point!

Solidly made. Very subtle snare sound. Supplied with a well balanced set of sticks. Ideal for quiet basic snare practice.

Subtle but effective snare sound and feel. Great for use with practice kit. I use an old electronic Roland kit with the sound off. Having this pad sitting on top of the rubber snare pad really enhances my experience of practicing. Also good for practicing cross-sticking. The only caveat is I'm finding it hard not to make a lot of noise when practicing rimshots, but I see a positive side as it's training me not to play them too hard, which generally isn't helpful or necessary- and breaks sticks!

Gives a good drum feel and bounce. Not sure the ball bearings for the snare sound but a good practice pad

Mio figlio sta usando questo drum pad da qualche settimana e devo dire che mi ha davvero stupito. La superficie ha un ottimo rimbalzo, né troppo morbido né troppo rigido, e permette di esercitarsi per sessioni anche lunghe senza affaticare i polsi. È solido, ben costruito e non scivola sul tavolo grazie alla base antiscivolo. L’ho comprato per farlo studiare rudimenti a casa senza fare troppo rumore, e fa esattamente quello che promette: è abbastanza silenzioso, ma comunque reattivo e preciso. Anche il peso è giusto, dà la sensazione di uno strumento di qualità.

For the price this is a great practise pad. Sturdy construction and the cut away for sticks is a great design feature.
