This is high quality and great price point!! I have tried another brand and felt nothing. I have been taking this for over a month now. Definitely feel the difference with this! Just turned 44 and I have been sluggish and just not myself for awhile. Perimenopausal? Probably. I have been getting stuff done around the house. I feel more motivated overall! I feel like myself again!!! I haven't had any side effects such as hairless or acne. My skin and hair are oiler but I personally want that effect. My former super oily skin and hair is what has always kept me looking young for my age and kept fine lines away. Over the past two years I noticed my skin became dry and I didn't look the same. My makeup goes on better now like it used to in my younger years. I can use my old foundation again without it caking or dry skin poking through. I complained about my oil my whole life but i will take oily skin and hair over dry! To top it off I lost a few pounds. This is a real review. I have never received any free products ever. Just thought I would mention that. I am supplement crazy and buy a ton. It is kinda sick LOL!!! I will update any changes!

Good price and works like the others.

I took a pill after breakfast and I wasn’t feeling well that day because of fatigue and a backache. I’m also having an issue with my hand so I’m wearing a left hand brace. Like I said I took 1 pill. So the next day I was feeling about the same that morning got my day started and felt like I wanted to do something but because of my back I didn’t try. But by the afternoon! I was fully energized and I went outside. I had on my hand brace and moved a pallet of cement blocks and placed around two trees in my yard. There were about 24-28 blocks per tree. I then went in the backyard and did the same to a flower bed I’m building. Now these aren’t your tiny blocks. These are cinder blocks you get from HomeDepot. I then cut the grass in the front and back yard. Then I started pressure washing the side of the house and driveway. I didn’t stop because I was tired I stopped because it was boring and I was getting wet. Then I went and cooked dinner. All in one day! I know it was the pill. The pain I can’t say it helped I think I forgot about it but I know it gave me energy for sure.

I chose this product because it is MICRONIZED which I read is the best. I started out taking 25mg to make sure I wouldn't have any side effects. It seemed to help so I increased the dosage to 50mg and now I have found my sweet spot at 100mg/day. It really worked as hormone replacement therapy for me. I am a female age 64.

I've been using DHEA for many years now since a saliva test result said I had practically no DHEA. And I can tell when I don't use it. I was using the 10mg in another brand that was not micronized. And that brand would burn when I urinated. So I would take one only every 3-4 days. With the micronized DHEA, I can take 25mg more often than the 10 mg and I never experience any burning when I urinate. So I think this one is even more effective without having the strong side effects that DHEA can have. Everyone has to discover the right dosage for themselves. Start out small and you'll know how much you can take. Too much can give you a deep voice and facial hair as well. Daily doses definitely make me sound like a man. My dose is every 2 days or so. It gives me lots of energy and a very strong sex drive too, and it's part of regular regimen. I also think it may help with memory as well. This and Wobenzym N has created miracles in my health status. I feel and look youthful and with DHEA and the Wobenzym N and Serrapeptase, you will see mircales happen. I take the Wobenzym N and the serrapeptase for inflammation and much more. Don't hesitate.

I tried taking DHEA when I was about 10 years younger to help with depression, mostly hormonal and cyclical, but at that time it actually made me feel more irritable after initially feeling a bit better. I probably could have lowered the dose to about 5-10mg. Fast forward and I’m in my mid 40s and peri menopausal and my mood crashed as did my energy. My periods lasted one day(though were regular). So I tried this again. Within a few days, I noticed my low mood lifted significantly and the crying spells stopped. I upped the dose to 75mg but ended up lowering back to 25mg since I developed acne cysts. Also, chronic muscular back cramping and pain improved quite a bit. I did gain about 10 lbs though my appetite did not really change(it was always not great). I was on the very thin side prior so the weight in was actually a welcome thing for me. Also my periods now last about 3-4 days and the mood swings prior aren’t as bad. I’ve been using it for about 2 years now. So, I’m a happy DHEA user and will continue to use it as long as I’m still getting the benefits from it! Brand wise: supposedly the micronized kind is more readily absorbed and I like the capsules because I can open them and adjust the dose. Sometimes I take 1.5 capsules. And the cost is very reasonable for 180 caps!

Beware not to take too much. As a woman over 35 taking it for improved egg production, I found 75 mg a day gave me horrible acne all over in places I never had acne even as a teen. I have reduced my intake to 25 mg a day now and the acne is improving. That said, I notice not other health benefits so will discontinue when the bottle is done with. I have read other women say over months it changed their mood and behavior for the negative too, to where their family didn't recognize their actions, so use with caution.
