Not heavy duty.
Does not have much of an alarm sound.

Doesn’t work
This product works only on certain floors. The bottom is not secure to the floor. The product slides with the door. We had to put something heavy behind the door stop to get it to work.

Works for only a short time
I put a new 9V battery in the 2 alarms purchased. Tried it and the alarms were loud. But after 1 week both alarms with new batteries only gave out a clicking sound. Very disappointing!!

The sound is loud as to scare off intruders.

Disappointed
Put the batteries in the alarms and before you know it they didn’t work no more, the batteries wasn’t even in there a week. That sucks! So that means you have to buy new batteries every week. Horrible!

I wanted these to work
For my application these did not work. I have hardwood floors. These alarms have rubber on the bottom to prevent sliding, but no matter where I placed them, they were pushed by the door so they wouldn't engage.
