I was recommended this product by a friend because they said they were getting results. So thought I would try it. Normally, I would use lotions because I don't like pills but after using my friends capsules, they were working well so I bought some for myself hahaha. They are easy to swallow and don't have an unpleasant taste. As a fellow sceptic of new things, I recommend it.

I used it religiously but saw no results. No change in my complexion.

It is easy to swallow but after taking one bittle religously I do not see any result. I will give it another chance. One more bottle amd lets see if this is worth my money
