Works well, helps me fall and stay asleep, calming effects as if I had a few sips of wine. Good vibes feeling! Started giving to my kiddo 3.5 yr old to help him wind down before bed. Works like a charm! Effects appreciated within about 30-40 mins. He will say Mommy I’m tired. Seems to love the taste (I buy the lemon flavor) bc he readily takes it and looks forward to his “night night drops”. Mommy’s Bliss started making a magnesium glycinate formula so that’s how I found this one. I tell people all the time about this special little tincture! For someone who once depended on nightly trazadone to get good sleep. I hated taking it because I would’ve groggy the next AM, but not with this! 5 star product in my opinion!

Great
Great taste helps me to relax and sleep well. I like to keep it next to my bed, which makes it super easy just to do before bedtime and I don’t have to choke down a huge pill anymore.

So far so good. The taste is good and it’s very helpful with absorbing potassium. Overall happy with this and would buy again. The size is good so it’s a good value there as well.

Best one so far
I have an issue with restless leg syndrome and fibromyalgia, causing me to get poor sleep. I have tried various things to help keep me asleep. This one has given me the best results so far. I have an iSense bed that tracks my sleep. When I use this tincture I get deep continuous sleep, scoring 89-99. I hope that I can continue to get this from Amazon.

Quality Product
Good quality product, works as described! One or two droppers full and I am knocked out within 30-40 minutes guaranteed (at least for me). It tastes great and you get a good amount for the price!
