If you are looking for A consistent , professional grade product this is the one. I have tried several similar ingredients from different providers and I’m the happiest with this brand, In the past I also use their glucose powders, sorbitol , potassium sorbete and I can say stuff gets here on time and is always package with care, definitely recommend to those concerned with good flavors , quality and hygiene.

Needed gelatin to make jello
A friend of mine suggested that I use the juice from my meyer lemons to make lemon jello. I didn't have any gelatin in my pantry so I went online searching and found this product. It worked perfectly and my jello turned out great.

Easy to work with

I bought this for making marshmallows. Haven't actually done it, yet, waiting for some drier weather. Hope it has NO FLAVOR AT ALL! I didn't know it was supposed to offer pain relief.
