⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great probiotics, actually noticed a difference! I’ve been taking these probiotics for about two weeks now and I can honestly see the results. I used to get bloating and heaviness after meals, and with BIOMA that discomfort went away. My digestion feels much calmer and more balanced throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow, and most importantly, no side effects at all. With some other probiotics I’ve tried, I would feel discomfort or cramps, but this one works very gently while still being effective. I also appreciate the clean formula and that it’s vegan-friendly without unnecessary additives. Overall, I’m really happy with these probiotics and I’ll continue the course. Would recommend.

I really wanted to love these probiotics because they looked perfect — vegan, simple ingredients, and even packaged in a glass bottle, which I appreciate. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like the idea of supporting gut health naturally. But my experience has been a little rough. After starting them, I noticed more bloating than usual and even some diarrhea on certain days. I kept taking them for a few weeks thinking maybe my body just needed time to adjust, but the discomfort didn’t completely go away. I’m sure this product works well for others (the reviews made me excited to try!), but for me the side effects were too much. That’s why I can only give 3 stars. I may try a different probiotic next time.

I'm on my second bottle. After the first I told my husband he should try them for his stomach. Like me he has bloating and gas . We are both in our seventies. I can't hardly believe it but he had the same results. I wasn't concerned about weight but if I lose a few pounds that's ok too. It's like a new digestive system. I am so glad I tried Bioma. I'm giving it 5 stars because of the results based on approximately 6 weeks of taking them for myself and 1 week of my husband taking them.

I believe it’s a good product. I can’t take (2) capsules as required because most probiotics make me very sick. I tried 2 and had to go back to 1. I’ve been on it since 12/12 and tried 2 on 1/6. I had horrible flu like symptoms which is usually what probiotics do to me. I did notice clothing was looser on my stomach and waist. I haven’t lost any pounds. I’m not on it just to loose weight but to help straighten out my gut. I will try 2 capsules again on February 1. I researched a lot of probiotics and I truly believe this is a good one.

I have gone through so many products since having my gallbladder removed and none of them helped. Found this product and it's phenomenal. I'm on my fifth bottle and no more issues.

Didn’t do anything for weight loss for me. It did help with improving my gut

This helped with my stomach issue, it helped with appetite. But did not lose weight.
