Tried these last night and had the most vivid dreams ever. I had several dreams back to back which all felt very real. This does tend to happen when I take Melatonin. I normally have trouble going back to sleep from waking up several times to pee at night. I was able to go back to sleep with no issues every time I woke up. The dreams were interesting for sure lol. Taking them again tonight. Giving 4 stars due to I find them very sweet but love how easily I was able to stay asleep. Not sure if the vivid dreams will become annoying or not over time. ( I don’t normally have dreams)
