POWER PATCHES

One of the few acne patches that makes sense, as they don’t contain ingredients that can make acne worse, like so many other others. Obviously not miracle cure for acne but out of all the acne patches I tried this is the best one (and I’ve tried quite a few…).

If you’re trying to stop a pimple in its tracks, these are a game-changer. Just stick one on overnight, and by morning your breakout will look noticeably calmer and less irritated. They adhere perfectly, better than most I’ve tried and work great on both deep, under-the-skin pimples and surface whiteheads. The only downside is that I wish they sold separate packs for the larger and smaller patches. Since each pack includes six of each size, I often have to open a new one just to get more small patches. Other than that, they’re pretty much perfect.

DO NOT WORK! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY One star because I couldn’t give zero. These pimple patches are also completely transparent, so they don’t even hide or soften the appearance of the pimples. They serve no function whatsoever. For those who thought all pimple patches were equal (like me), look elsewhere!

Quite pricey when compared with Ordinary salicylic acid bottles.

Easy to use these. Not sure if they actually bring up the pimple that effectively, but they definitely are useful to cover a pimple when it’s painful to stop me picking it. They’re see through so people can’t notice them on your face in the day, and it covers the redness of the spot. Mainly use them to stop myself picking or touching it during the day which in turn seems to make the spot disappear quicker

I was at my wits end trying to clear this horrible skin condition on my 2 year old son and these patches have been a god send! I was searching tiktok and online articles trying to find a solution for him before the horrible little molluscum warts continued spreading. We had tried leaving them to clear alone (do not recommend!) and upon finding out that they can take up to 4 years I decided we needed to do something. They had already spread from his neck down his torso and into his armpits. Doctors recommended no treatment! We initially tried using sudocream (the zinc in it was supposed to promote healing) and tea tree oil (advised all over the internet) on the warts with little impact. I then bought moludab but I didn’t use it because the reviews said it was painful to use. I then looked into the duct tape method of covering the spots to promote an immune response. I knew my son would notice the duct tape and pick it off but I came across these patches and thought that as they were discreet, he wouldn’t notice them. I was correct! The trick is to put the patches on the ‘healthy’ pale spots to trigger an immune response. I tried to put them the patches on as many as possible and took them off when the spots were looking red and angry after 2/3 days (which is a sign that the immune system is fighting away the spots!). I then left them to heal and put patches on any new spots. I went through 2 packs of pouches and the spots are very nearly gone! We also used showers instead of baths as often as possible and made sure that we changed towels after each use and clothes daily (fresh pjs too) to stop the spread. Also made sure that my son washed his hands regularly. Hope this helps anyone facing the same problems! Good luck 🤞🏻

Very effective

These pimple patches did not work for me. They do cover the redness but they didn’t reduce the facial acne. I used acnecide face wash and acnecide gel, which worked really well to deal with severe acne from B12 injections. (This method will peak your skin but it does reduce acne so be aware of the side effects).
