This is a great scooter I take it every where from the trails to the streets very zippy and sturdy, battery life is excellent I’m 240 pounds and it moves around with me very well love the g4

The fender is broken. I am not going to request a return for the fender, but I would like you to send me a new one.

Awesome scooter! Take it from me, your not going to find anything better for this price! I still can't believe how much I paid for it! It's obviously beautiful. I've done months of research into looking into scooters so I've seen so many pics and videos. It is so much bigger in person! That's why it's nickname is "The Beast" The quality is outstanding! Amazing craftsmanship. So sturdy! Every nut and bolt...im very impressed! It handles superbly. The 11" tubeless tires look so great and eats everything in it's way. The suspension is beautiful. What a ride! And the throttle response, the speed, wow.. its amazing! Unlike other manufacturers, when they tell you the top speed and it's distance , you know how far it goes (which is phenomenal by the way! Like 45+ miles I believe it is?!) well when they say it, they mean it. Again, It actually is what they say. That's hard to find. But please be careful! The top speed is intimidating. Don't worry, you have 3 different modes. Also you can input a simple code to make it much slower for inexperienced riders. The code may already be imputed, if so it will take you 5 seconds to remove. Instructions on youtube. You also have a kick start mode instead of it just launching when you touch the throttle. This also has all the features like cruise control etc. The lights at night look awesome. I added some for added attraction. I paid 5 bucks for magnetic lights that I put under the front wheel and under the scooter itself. I get soo many compliments. It just looks real fast and extremely Burley. And most importantly, the customer service is awesome! Everytime I've contacted them I received a response within 16 hours? Definitely no more than 24. I would never recommend something in so much detail unless I didn't believe it was the best! Are they're better scooters out there? Of course, but you're going to have to pay a lot more. Again for the price, you can't do any better. It's a very reliable scooter according to my short experience with it personally and like I mentioned the months of research I've done on it but I'd recommend the extended warranty just for peace of mind!
