I love Emeril pans. My other one that I had for for 5 years finally wore out. It got used almost every day. They heat evenly.

Love my pan! It is just heavy enough and so far I've not had any issues with sticking. I do only wash by hand since it is coated. I've learned from previous experience dishwashers are harsh on non stick pans. I have a set of Emeril pans for over 10 years that I love and they were finally breaking down due to everyday use. I recommend these. It's a great everyday pan. It has great heat distribution on a gas stove.

Great pan right out of box (after washing, of course). Lightweight, handle does not get hot. Have used for cooking eggs to making quiche. Everything comes out clean and easy. Pan wipes clean with paper towel after use. I do not put in dishwasher - too easy to wipe and use again. I have 8" and hope to get larger size soon. Being lightweight allows me to use with arthritis easier and not drop.
