The cooling pad is sturdy and the fans are very quiet. They don't pump too much air, but keep the bottom of the laptop cool. The worst thing about this product are the frontal tabs that hold the laptop in place. They are very rough and prickly toward the edges and badly scratch your forearm when typing, or gaming, or using the trackpad in general. I would suggest keeping them half closed and put a piece of rubber to hold it in place.

I'm just loving it. All my laptop heating problems are solved with this. I run it for 12-14 hours daily and I'm having great performance. Pricy but you get the quality and satisfaction.

I own a ASU’s rog strix g17 and had bought one cooler pad my cousin had recommended me.After a week of running it started to create an eerie noise and wasn’t cooling.I started searching for another cooler pad when the great festival arrived on Amazon and got this one.Since then it is so productive and keeps me laptop very cool

I wasted my precious time and very precious money buying this. Cannot imagine how this contraption could cool gaming laptops when there is hardly any airflow. The manufacturer should give a test certificate that the fan does run at 1200 rpm as claimed and is capable of reducing the cpu temp by say 5 degrees at least. At best the fans might run at 400-500 rpm.Thats all. Hand held palm leaf fans can do a better job of cooling.

I usually play CS GO on a daily basis. But the game started stuttering and lagging due to thermal throttling. I have i7 9750H which gets really hot. I also tried throttlestop but worked only for short duration of play. This fan combined with throttlestop gives you exactly what you want. Temps dropped by 8-9 degrees which was a game changer. Even during normal use, you can see the difference. You might need to do a bit of hit and trial with throttlestop to get the best out of your laptop.
