I've had it for about a week now. It's quick, the battery lasts long enough for me to get some work done, about 3 hours depending on what I'm doing. Using it mostly for Canva and other instructional design projects, works well.

Do not buy from this seller, after less than 2 years suddenly my laptop is not working, cant see the hard disk. The seller said he cant do anything. I changed the SSD that was fried the new one get fried in less than 2 months. There is a big problem with the processor, the seller can't do anything. Then the producer is maybe somebody somewhere on a container ship.

Good value, great price on this laptop. Would recommend & purchase again. I really appreciate the illuminated keyboard & touch screen. Those are two great features.

I used to be really good with computers but I guess in my old age and these new laptops they are too full of too much to do anything easily. Just work puzzles now.

I like it a lot. My last laptop was an HP Envy convertible, but I rarely (almost never) use it as a tablet, so this model includes a touchscreen so it makes a lot more sense.

Bought for our au pair to use during her college courses and she's very happy with it. Light weight, great size, and most importantly- fast. Ready to go quickly after opening the box. Hoping that it will last a long time.

Decent machine and great specs. Setup is horrible. There is no way to bypass the setup to customize and it FORCES you use Microsoft Account whether you want to or not. They continue to sell things from Microsoft even if you say no multiple times. The touchpad is so sensitive even on the least sensitive setting that clicks occur just getting your hand close to the pad - I now use a wireless mouse that takes up one of the 2 USB ports. I would have returned this right away but of course its mine now because there is no return because these issues are not criteria for return. The constant messaging getting you to use Microsoft things is obtrusive and so far there is no way to stop that nonsense. The battery needs recharging only after 2.5 hours of use. Disappointing is the not the only word to describe this but using others will reject my review.

I order this HP Laptop thinking it had everything wanted and needed in a computer. The hp was listed as having a backlit keyboard and it did not also it had 32 gb memory and when I called HP to inquire about the kwy board they told me the laptop didn't come with that much memory. It only came with 16 gb memory and the laptop had been altered and they immediately voided the warranty. After calling Amazon and getting a return for the product I received a credit from Amazon with $7 and change deducted for shipping charges after I had paid $20.00 for earrly shipping that's much i agree but very poor policy on both parties, I must admit I am very disappointed in Amazon for this type of practice.So I say buy at your on risk. Product shocked me it keeps crashing .. it is NOT good. NOT As expected. Preinstalled operating system was with some one else name. I had to reset the computer twice to avoid hacking. I need to replace it.

المنتج جيد كما هو في الوصف ولكن واجهتني عيوب غريبة جدا 1- البطارية ضعيفة جدا لا تدوم اكثر من 3 ساعات ونحن مازلنا في البداية 2- يحصل ثقل في التشغيل واحيانا كثيره يعلق واضطر لاعادة تشغيل الجهاز 3- بطئ في الاستجابة لعض الاوامر بخلاف ذلك الجهاز رائع من حيث الشكل والخامة ودقة عرض الشاشة جيدة جدا FHD تاتش
