I bought these for myself as an alcohol alternative for dry January. The blue coconut flavor tastes good and genuinely makes me feel relaxed and a little sleepy. The flavor is a bit like the ice blue Gatorade. My fiancé also likes to take these in the morning to alleviate anxiety and stress. Overall I would definitely purchase again!

I have been using this product now for 6 months and am in love. I am a mom, grandma, wife and in my mid 40's, dealing with pre-menopausal symptoms and working full time. I have been a light sleeper my whole life, having to use a sound machine to try and sleep without being woken up. I often have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night multiple times and it is so hard for me to go back to sleep after doing so. HOWEVER, the Nello Supercalm has changed my life. I take a packet every night before bed, about 20-30 minutes before wanting to fall asleep, and I actually sleep through the night without being woken up by the cats or random noises around the house! This is a great sleep, y'all! I'm talking about a wake up in the morning feeling refreshed kind of sleep. I do not feel groggy at all the next day, regardless of what time I drink my powder. I take the packets with me on vacations and do not miss a night. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER. I have not received any free product and I do not work for the company or anything. Just a regular working woman who needs to get a good night's sleep. I encourage all of you to try it. Give it a solid week to see if it works for you. I know it is a bit pricey, but well worth it, and you deserve a great night's sleep! Some complain that the powder does not mix well. I like to mix it with just a little bit of water and then chug it. I also find that if you mix it and let it sit for a minute or two, it mixes better. I have tried most of the flavors and they are all good tasting. I'd say my favorite is the Blackberry Basil and my least favorite is the lemon lime. But there is not a flavor I would not use!

Pros: this is my go to when traveling, as it helps keep me regular and also helps me sleep. Usually my system is disrupted when I travel but this keeps me comfortable. I feel it does help with bloating as well. Dissolves easily. Great flavors (tangerine is my fav) Cons: I’m sleepy the next day and am more likely to need a nap. Sometimes I get headaches ( it’s either the aswaghanda or vit D) . I struggle to supplement D so would like to take this more regularly but the citric acid gives me pause, as it’s not generally good for you. I understand they add for flavor. I prefer my supplements to be wholly healthy rather than tasty but that’s just me. I found that if I take regularly , it has a reverse effect and my sleep is more disrupted. The vivid dreams is because of the ashwaghanda for those who don’t know. I don’t personally mind vivid dreams. Overall I like to keep on hand for anytime I take trips, or to take occasionally if my digestive system is needing a little help. I have a lot of food sensitivities and my system is easily disrupted.

Super Calm is awesome! It helps my body relax, helps me sleep and it works magily with digestive issues. I use it myself and have shared with or purchased for friends, family and coworkers. If you haven't tried it I highly recommend you give it a try and see if it helps you as much as it has helped me. * also it tastes great! My favorite flavor so far is orange cream 😋

The taste is stellar! I also, prefer that I can mix it in water vs the moo brew which requires milk. It’s like a little hydrating sweet treat right before bed and it helps put me to sleep.

I’ve been using the Nello Supercalm Powdered Drink Mix and it’s been a great addition to my nighttime routine. For the price, it’s a really good value, and the tub lasts a while. It genuinely helps me relax before bed, and I’ve noticed I fall asleep easier on the nights I use it. When I wake up, I feel more rested and overall just better. The flavor isn’t my absolute favorite, which is the only reason it’s not a full five stars, but the benefits definitely make it worth buying. Great taste and it does its job. Helps to keep me asleep without side effects. I have not had an issue with upset stomach at all. It resolves easily.
