Krusteaz Meyer Lemon Pound Cake Mix 16.5 Ounce (Pack of 4)

I use freshly squeezed lemon juice as the liquid in the glaze, and grated fresh 🍋 peel in the loaf batter. (We like a lemon cake to bring both the sweet and the tart) I might also add a couple dollops of plain Greek yogurt or sour cream to the batter if I have some on hand, but even without the added dairy fat, this is a great boxed cake!! I made it for a family event and got lots of recipe requests and raves about the flavor, so I promptly ordered 6 more boxes! Try it!

These are amazing!! I've played around with using lemon juice for the glaze too. SUPER DUPER!!

Easy and delicious

My hubbt, my next door neighbor, everyone who visits, everybody who ever tasdtes this cake LOVES IT!!!!! It is awesome!!!! It NEVER lasts more than a few days, and I am diabetic, so I never even tasted it!!!! I sure hope there will not be so many that buy it that my hubby will not have it when he desires it!!!!!!

I love most of Krusteaz products the lemon pound cake is delicious however it is more expensive on Amazon site than it is at the local store. Unfortunately I have a broken leg so I sucked it up and ordered it online. Still taste great even for $1.50 more a box!

I have made lots of these cakes over the last year, since I discovered it. I add fresh whole blueberries to the batter, and it makes a phenomenal and easy treat. It also freezes very nicely, to make ahead and have on hand ready made, as long as you seal it well for the freezer. My friends have also gotten on the lemon blueberry pound cake band wagon. SO GOOD! Fabulous mix that makes it simple to whip up with very little effort or added ingredients.. The only slight negative might be that I feel it is priced a little high on Amazon. But I paid it anyway. It’s THAT GOOD.
