These legitimately taste so good I sometimes have to talk myself out of having an extra. I bought them for my kids, who did not like the texture (though I’m also picky, and it’s fine to me- to each their own). When the kids didn’t want them, I took them to get rid of them instead of my usual capsules. I really notice a difference in my sleep and I get more muscle cramps when I don’t take my magnesium, and these worked just as well for me. The price is also really good compared to other brands, they were a pleasant surprise all around.

Taste great. My kids love them. I originally got them to help calm them down and get ready for bed but I haven't noticed if it makes a difference. Either way, they can always use a good magnesium boost. I like that it's just one gummy per serving.

We started these and one other type of gummies with our children as a recommendation from our pediatrician. We have a 6yr old and a 9yr old and while the older sibling prefers the other brand over these, the youngest likes these particular magnesium chews better. She claims there are no after tastes and that after she takes them she gets a good nights rest approximately 20mins after taking. She wakes up well rested and not at all groggy like other brands we had tried. Now the raspberry flavor is a good thing for her. Nothing like the flinstone vitamins we grew up on. Amazon routinely has these cheaper than i can by locally. Only reason 1 star down from 5. Freshness... I have ordered multiple times and while 3 times they were fresh and chewy like a gummy, they have on 2 occasions come very stiff and extremely chewy like a old dots candy that sat in the cardboard box too long and gets stuck to your teeth with every bite. Otherwise, effective, no aftertaste, and pleasant to the point we don't even have to remind her to take them as she takes one per night.

The parents approve and the kids love em. What kid doesn't love gummies. We like these because it doesn't mess with their own melatonin production which is why we rarely give them melatonin supplements. We see this work most of the time so it's consistent enough that we can really on it when the kids need that extra body to settle down and get to bed.

I have been looking for something to give my children for calming and relaxation. I have tried melatonin in the past and it does work but I've read that you shouldn't use it for extended periods of time. So, I got these and am very pleased! I give it to my children about 2 hours before bed and they have had a much easier time winding down and falling asleep. Even more surprising is that they have helped my youngest son to be more rested and relaxed for school the next day. I have seen a real improvement in his behavior at school!
