I've been curious about EMS stimulators for a while so thought I would try this. I'm not necessarily looking to lose weight, but am always trying to strengthen my core. At first I didn't think the device was doing anything. Then I turned up the setting and was like whoa. It felt really weird at first, but then I noticed I felt contractions in my abdomen like when I do crunches. It started to feel warm but without feeling too hot. I like that I can work on my core and abs while sitting down and watching TV so I'm not just completely vegging out. Not sure how often I'll use this but maybe more when I'm feeling too low energy to exercise, or after some cardio.

A well packaged, thin veiled plastic that is NOT functional, comfortable, ease of use, lacking in size and fit; and certainly lost in design regarding value for money! The so called control panels do not work (no vibrations or sensations experienced). The panel lights up temporarily to display mode, then stops with no effects. The waist length reached appx.18 inches, while the adhesive pads failed miserably. 🚨Buyer BEWARE, a copy cat that is pure JUNK not worthy of purchase. The Emurdyon Store definitely disappointed this customer that feels hoodwinked by its advertisement and potentially borrowed photo depiction. Happy Shopping Fellow Amazonians ❣️🌴

I bought one of these to help with my sore legs. This works very well. I bought another one for my mother a week later and it looked very different than the first one I ordered. Not sure what you will get, but the first one I bought was good. Definitely worth the money.

These are not for standing or walking. They are good if you are lying flat, but if you stand or sit erect, they will fall off or loose contact, which stings.

The stimulator is remarkable! With a range of stimulating patterns and modes. You can easily switch between the modes and intensity levels at the push of a button. It is like aTENS unit but designed to target specific areas. Easy to charge so I don't need to worry about batteries. I'm excited to use this to assist in strengthening my core. This is a perfect addition to my strength and weightless journey!

Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of these products. It seemed like it was more shocking than stimulating

Instructions are very very difficult and in poor written English. I gave up on it. I don't know where all the pieces are to send this thing back but, steer clear away from this if you think this gimmick work should work.

It does what it’s advertised, I’m not there yet but I can feel the difference in my posture since I started to use it. It will not do a miracle overnight, I believe it will make a difference. I’m also using it around my neck (the smaller one) with the hope to stop snoring
