You only get 1 flavour which is all the 'berries' mixed together. There are no separate flavours corresponding to colours of the skittles like the packaging suggested. The reviews that called it out for the medicinal aftertaste is spot on.

The other skittles flavours are fantastic, I thought the wild berry flavour would be fine. In short tastes cough syrup esque. Bearable and somewhat enjoyable though..
