I have used several brands for long term periods and they did not work as well as this product. Even another brand I had used, quite popular as well, did not help as quickly as this did. Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro is an absolute game changer for women with PCOS, especially for those who do not have frequent or absent periods. There are several medical backed studies as well to prove it’s helpful for women with PCOS. I have high androgen, testosterone, and my periods had completely gone missing for a year. This product had given me back my periods as a woman in her mid 20’s in two months. I remember when it came back, I was full on in tears. I cannot talk about being able to get pregnant just yet but I will make sure to do that if it does happen. I know a lot of women are able to successfully convince after taking this supplement. This is a permanent supplement in my rotation that I will never give up and forever take.

Good quality, as pictured, and effective. I’ve tried other brands for PCOS, but this one actually works. Already on my fourth bottle and will keep buying.

I'm not sure if this is the placebo effect or not, but I think these made my periods shorter and less heavy. I don’t know how that'd work since they're supposed to help with insulin resistance in PCOS, but I'll take what I can get. They also don't taste at all. My only complaint is that you have to take four capsules per day, but that's the case with most myo-inositol supplements.

After having my first baby, I had crazy, irregular periods so I started taking this supplement. It worked really well and I ended up with baby #2 at 42 years olds. I started it taking this agin after my period returned post baby #2 and my periods are like clockwork. Hubby got a vasectomy otherwise there probably would be baby #3. This supplement is great for perimenopause and regulating your cycle. At 44, almost 45 I have virtually zero perimenopause symptoms and monthly periods that I can expect almost to the day. I never had regular periods pre babies/prior to taking this supplement.

This is a great product for women with PCOS that are looking for a supplement that helps with regulating your cycle. (This product is not for everyone and some people might not benefit from it just depends on your personal body chemistry) however for me it’s great because it’s the only inostitol with vitex … vitex is a great way to promote ovulation which can be difficult for women with PCOS like myself… it helped me get my cycle Down to 28 days and helped to conceive my son so I highly recommend if you have PCOS and inositol is something you benefit from and trying to convince adding vitex might (not for sure but might just help)
