While this is more expensive than other sets, I think it's worth it (The first LEDs I got were a cheaper version and didn't work). The set up for these was easy and intuitive, and the controls are also intuitive and work well. You can set it from your computer or your phone, and the lights look great. I'm very happy with my purchase.

$39.99 on Cyber Monday for this is a steal. My monitor is 27” 1000R Curved and this fit it perfectly. Clear instructions, easy installation, & the software/setup is very straight forward and simplistic. Aesthetically, this is the coolest thing I’ve ever added to my gaming setup. Playing immersive games like WoW just feels so much more cozy when it needs to be and hectic when things are exploding. It comes with a simple 3 button switch too so you can easily turn it on/off while gaming with having to alt tab out to control it. You can also control it from your smartphone app as well. Excellent quality, I really don’t think there could be a better product of this type. The software is good too and easy to set up. Installation is also good, though I would recommend using regular tape for curved monitors. An excellent product for the price.

If this is your first time setting it up, try not to force any cords to a unnatural bend. U dont need to match the lengths, you can calibrate it when sticking the lighting on. After sticking the lights to the back, you can see some of the cords sticking from the sides. Trying to tuck them in. But ! be carful, crippling them with a HARD HARD force can damage the lighting. Also, the software works great on PC & it's color accurate ! Downside ? Theres a slight delay when switching between scene's very quickly. Great for movies & low FPS. Although, in fast pace games ITS simply OK. I never notice though, all immersion. The instillation is easy, just again. Dont force any of the lighting strips, there is no such thing as vertical or horizontal bars having to be in a specific place. Id say just be carful with the product, it can be a little sensitive if your rough/ careless w/ your tech. Strong & durable though.

WAY WAY BETTER THAN PHILLIPS HUE. I had bought 2 separate hue lights and they both broke in the same spot within a day. Not to mention they cost WAY too much. These lights are brighter, way more affordable, and feel more premium. Granted the light sync is nowhere near Phillips hue, but for an over $70 difference it’s not worth it.

This product is spectacular when it works, but unfortunately, it fails about half the time. I own several other Govee products, including the lighting bars and a table lamp, but I've had constant issues syncing the monitor lights with DreamView. Even after switching my computer to a 2.4 GHz network, it still won't connect to the LAN. This is incredibly frustrating, as it seems to connect only when it "wants" to, regardless of my efforts. I also find it strange that some of my other devices, like the longer, higher-quality lighting bars, are not compatible. Despite these flaws, it is a very cool and visually appealing product—when you can get it to work. P.S. the adhesive quality is subpar, it seems if I wanted to reattach it, it would not stick the same.

I run these monitor lights in sync with the Govee Rope Lights around my desk, as well as some Govee Bar Lights on my right wall, and some Govee Hex Lights on my left wall, and it is a great feeling of immersion. Very easy to set up through the Govee App on your PC, and works great. All in all, these are awesome lights, and any Govee Lights that have Smart LED and Dreamview that links up to Alexa or any other smart app can link up to the Govee App, can mimic your screen, meaning you can sync up all your smart lights in your room, set them to the proper places they are in your room in regards to your monitor, for a full immersive experience.

Great lights for a gaming monitor exactly what I was looking for I have a 27 inch curved monitor
