Printer constantly breaking- blank prints no printing labels. Kept freezing, really disappointed

I purchased this device, it’s really helpful , the customer service team they are really nice and answered all my queries, the technical team improved the software since I bought the device, they make the printer better and better. They are updating the software very fast. I recommend this printer for home and small businesses.

I bought the Phomemo PM 241 BT printer in February and since then, it has been a real workhorse. We use it for 2 different types of labels. Shipping labels and barcode/price tag labels for POS. We haven’t had any issues with the printing quality or the readability of the barcodes. On a couple of occasions, I had to contact the support team for specific instructions on setting up the labels, as the local shipping company uses a non-standard format. Additionally, I needed their assistance with importing large databases into Labelife to print the POS barcode/price tag labels. They’ve been really helpful and once everything was done correctly, working with the printer has been a breeze. 5 months later - I am still very happy with the purchase and I still use the printer daily. For me personally, one of the biggest advantages of using this type of printer vs a Zebra is the quick and easy-to-use software. There is no need to install expensive software to achieve professional-looking labels. It’s also rather simple to change between different paper sizes. The paper format is detected automatically and no label is wasted. I have previously used an older version of a Zebra thermal printer and it would drive me crazy that every time the paper is changed, it would spit out 3 empty labels before it detects the correct label size. I know this was probably an issue with the actual printer settings, but there was no support available for the Zebra printer, and we had to use it as is. I would recommend the PM 241 BT.

I really like this product. It comes packed securely from amazon and inside the box is the label printer and all the necessary cables and cords you'll need to get it hooked up. Plus instructions on how to do so, and how to connect the device to Bluetooth so you can print right from a tablet or mobile phone (no need to just use your laptop or desktop PC). Printing was great and prior to buying this device I was using a Microsoft Word document to create my labels. It was a pain. I'd enter the label information, then print out the full-size page on my printer. Then I'd need to track down the scissors and cut out the section I needed for the box I was labelling. Where's the tape? Needed to track that down, too. Taped the label to the box. Not perfect but okay. Now I just print out a beautiful 4 x 6" label on the Phomemo device and affix it to the top of the box. Perfect and simple to use. The printer doesn't even take up much room on my desk. You will need a bit of extra space behind it to hold a stack of labels but no big hassle there. Highly recommended and a pleasure to use. If you're looking for a way to generate labels quickly, easily and professionally then this is a great solution for you.
