Weight is gained but they make me super sleepy. If you're working everyday be careful you might feel drowsy all the time

Increases water retention severely in body. I had swollen foot & whole body. Got rashes on tongue & dry blood in snout everytime. Increases appetite YES but other factors for me. Don’t know if anyone else experienced the same?
