After having my niece inform me that a part was misplaced and not broken, the beader is 100% functional. The customer service was actually awesome concerning this item. We gave this gift for my 10 year old daughter as her sister birthday gift she thoroughly enjoys it . It makes kids not to sit very long to make bracelet it reduces their time in making and not complaining about back pain anymore . so we thought this would be great for her.
