If your hair is very long — especially below waist length — the self-heating cap doesn’t work as effectively as shown in videos 📏 However, there’s an easy workaround. Using a surgical cap underneath a plastic shower cap gives a very similar heating effect 🔥 Honestly, I didn’t notice much difference. What truly stands out is the quality of the mask ✨ It noticeably transforms dry, frizzy hair into softer, smoother, moisturized-looking hair 💆‍♀️ The quantity is also generous enough for longer lengths, which is a big plus ✅ One thing I did notice: when opening the self-heating cap, there was a strong alcohol-like smell 👀 That likely contributes to the mild warming sensation when activated with water. Overall, I’m rating this 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ — mainly because the mask performs beautifully.
