Amazing
This coconut sugar is excellent, I used to use honey as a sweetener but this is really amazing and so tasty!

"Elevating Sweetness: The Gourmet's Choice in Coconut Sugar"
Ah the Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Coconut Sugar: an exquisite indulgence for those with discerning palates and an uncompromising commitment to quality. This isn't merely sugar; it is a culinary revelation. The superior craftsmanship is evident from the very first encounter. Each granule whispers tales of tropical coconuts, harvested with precision and care. Its luxurious, caramel hue is a feast for the eyes, promising depth and complexity that pedestrian sweeteners can only envy. In culinary applications, it performs with grace and sophistication. In my artisanal baked goods, it transforms the mundane into the sublime, imparting a nuanced sweetness that is both rich and layered. The low glycemic index is simply the icing on the cake, allowing one to indulge with a smirk of superiority at one's own cleverness in health-conscious choices. Indeed, the Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Coconut Sugar is not just a purchase; it is an investment in a finer way of living. For those who refuse to compromise on quality, this is an essential addition to your pantry. Your taste buds will thank you, and your guests will never tire of extolling your culinary genius.

Lovely in cheesecake.
This is a lovely flavored sugar that is great in some recipes but it doesn't work for cakes that need to rise which is a real shame because the taste is so nice. But in chilled cakes like cheesecakes it is Definitely good to have in hand.

Fabulous white sugar alternative.
All coconut sugar is not created equal as i unfortunately found out. I have tried numerous different brands at different price points and this is by far the most pleasant tasting/delicious sugar I have found. It tastes great in my coffee and I am delighted that I finally found "The One". The price is reasonable for the size and quantity of the product. Customer for life.

Sweetness without (all of) the guilt
Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Coconut Blossom / Palm Sugar 1kg, Soil Association certified organic While it is in vogue to be sugar free I don't think this is practical for all, however selecting 'better' sugars is a smarter choice for ensuring a balanced diet. Sugar is still sugar, regardless if it is from a fruit or pure refined sugar, however what sets them apart is the additional nutritional benefits e.g. while an apple is high in sugar (fructose) it also provides vitamins and fibre compared with a teaspoon of refined sugar. So with this in mind, and being a keen baker I wanted to see if there was a smarter choice to be made when using sugar in baking. Coconut sugar seemed an obvious choice and an alternative to natural sweeteners (which also have their issues). It has a lower GI alongside essential minerals, vitamins and amino acids and makes a perfect alternative to normal cane sugar when baking. The easiest comparison is to brown sugar in its richness of flavour and colour. It provides the same result as using refined sugar with the benefit of being slightly better for you (in moderation of course!) and a smart switch when baking. I admit the price can seem a bit high but it is a higher quality product, and having used it in baking I think you could actually get away with using less than needed (or maybe my pallet is finally adjusting to food that is not as sweet!).
