A favourite from my childhood
Great to nibble at when dieting... much nicer when peeled. A natural treat that's good for teeth. Small bag for the money but a good product.

Very good for nut milk, also they are naturally sweet. You don’t need sweetener. It doesn’t need to be soaked. You can make tasty milk immediately. Very convenient. Great product.

Personally I don’t find them too hard. I think normal nuts are harder. Take more chewing though. Nice taste, I grinded sea salt into the bag.

Tiger nuts nutritional
Basically a part of my nutritional intake eg,fibre, digestive system etc. make sure you soak in water preferably overnight to soften up for easy blending.
