I have 2 cats one of them doesn't like the taste or smell of coconut oil and the other one likes it so yeah the product itself is safe to eat or apply to your pet's coat nothing unusual should happen after you give them a bit to eat or apply it on them if you notice unusual symptoms them something is wrong
