Do not buy bajaj product
Do not buy bajaj product. I have purchased product on sep 2024 after 6 months, stove is not working. It's a automatic stove but it's not lighting up automatically. We used to light through lighter and when we on the stove it making so much noise also. I have raised service request on 9 th June, the service person came and said product is not working properly so we raise request to the company to replace the piece. They said within 10 days they will replace the stove, it's almost 3 months now no one came to replace the product. We are trying to call the service person but he is not responding. So please do not buy this product.

all the burner of gastove has been broken , which disabling flame to comeout clearly and it is blackening the utensils . See the proof given in video

I purchased the this product from Amazon on 27-10-2023. From the very beginning, the gas burners produce extremely low flame, making normal cooking difficult and time-consuming. I lodged a complaint a few days ago with Bajaj customer support and a technician from Bajaj visited. He himself told me that the burners used in this stove are Chinese and suggested replacing all three burners. The cost quoted was around ₹1,800 per burner, which is unreasonable. What was more disappointing is that he clearly stated that even after replacing the burners, there may not be any improvement in flame performance. Despite giving this completely useless advice, he charged ₹400 for the visit. This product is overpriced, poorly designed, and not up to Bajaj’s expected quality standards. Spending more money on burner replacement makes no sense when the issue is inherent to the product itself. I strongly do NOT recommend this stove to anyone.
