Great Product - Functional and good quality.
Good quality item, simple to set up and software seems sport on for configuration. Minor challenge getting the right software version for the hardware, had to update device firmware but once I did this it was all very simple. Contacted customer support to secure the correct software and they responded quickly to provide what I needed. Item itself fits the hand well for gaming, the keys are nice and tactile and the RGB lighting is a nice bonus. Great value product.

Great One-handed keyboard - Zero complaints after a year of use!
Great one-handed gaming keyboard - this Redragon K585 is a good size and has fast reactions when the keys are pressed. The back lighting looks great, it is bright and highlights the keys perfectly in low lit rooms allowing easy of insuring the correct keys are being used. The wire cable is long and strong meaning I can plug and play without worrying that the keyboard will be uncomfortable and difficult to position. The keyboard also has an addition powered USB port on the top allowing me to plug in my gaming mouse, freeing up any extra ports on my PC or Laptop for other uses. The extra G1 to G5 keys also allows me to create hot keys for different games - helpful if the other missing keys are needed from the half not available due to the design. Typical ‘M’ for Map can be Hot-keyed to G1 for example . The deigned is sturdy and feels durable to being used and moved around. There is a bit of weight to the unit which helps anchor it down to the table of lap when in use.

Very good product!
This is a very well built product and functions very well on every device I have tried, The optional software is very easy to use. The cable is a detachable usb-c cable you can easily detach the keyboard and store it away for when you want to use it without moving the wire around. The spare usb slot is very useful and easy to access I use it as a place to plug in my usb mouse dongle as I don’t have any spare slots on the xbox or pc. It is quite comfortable to use, I personally don’t use the attachable wrist rest since it is hard plastic and my wrist could become a sore after extended periods of use but honestly if you felt like it you could glue some padding to it to avoid wrist pain. The onboard memory is a lifesaver, I often play games on xbox such as DayZ and Warzone all of which have a long list of controls, The ability to program a permanent profile for each game allows me to ensure all the buttons have a function. For example: On DayZ you need the L key to activate a flashlight and the keyboard doesn’t have one built in so I programmed the g5 key to activate the light. Overall it is a very good product with great value, I used to use a razer Nostromo and now after using the k585 I can see how badly built the razer one hand keypads are, I can safely say I don’t regret this purchase at all and would definitely suggest this product if you are looking for one!!

Great for gamers
Great item for gamers with multiple built in macros. I bought this to try make the jump from controller. Still working on that, however this has helped make things much simpler and easier.

Almost a really good product.
After looking into those razer keypads, they felt more like meme products with limited functionality. I essentially just wanted a keypad with a more natural thumb placement, to reduce discomfort/pain when pressing ALT/Space all day doing 3D work. And for the thumb button to not feel like a mouse click. I found this K585 product by accident essentially and it seemed almost perfect. THE GOOD >standard keyboard layout >normal mechanical switches >hot swappable (only with other kailh/outemu switches, which is fine) >good placement of the thumb button >wrist wrest is good enough Ideally I'd prefer if they made the product smaller, by removing the macro G keys and maybe even the F keys. It's a gaming keypad, rarely are they ever utilized, and I played a lot of mmos. I don't think I've ever used dedicated macros keys because everything was bound to some combination of ctrl/shift+key. THE BAD The firmware or software makes this product actually unusable. Making any changes to your key binds or recording macros and hitting Apply, will result in the keypad losing all function if you swap profiles. >make any changes to profile, like swap thumb button from Space to ALT in profile 1 (M1) >hit apply >it seems to be working >swap profile to 2 >all the keys are now unbound (I checked with VIA key checker, none of the keys are bound to anything or at least anything that exists on a full size keyboard) >can't swap to any other profile using the M1-4 buttons >can only swap using software >other profiles are now also broken and the bindings are all over the place (M2 or M3 is now capslock, the letters are all random or don't work) If you didn't have the software to swap back to the only working profile (1), you'd be stuck in that broken profile with no way to reset. Because if the keys aren't bound to anything you can't even hold FN+ESC to reset the keypad to stock. I tried binding the keys manually using my main keyboard to see if that would work, but that did nothing. Clicking on the G keys in software does nothing either. If I want to assign a key or a macro to a key, I can't do it in software. Even though you should be able to because I've seen it work in youtube videos. I can only do it manually with the REC button key sequence, but even that doesn't always work properly. Sometimes even my Tilde and T keys would not work, even if I managed to reset the board to stock. After pressing the reset to default button in the software, resetting the keypad a few times, reinstalling the software they would start working again. TL;DR A good product that is made literally unusable by horrible firmware, software, or poor QC. Maybe I got unlucky with mine, because I've seen them work as intended, software included. Either way, not a good problem to have, which is unlikely to get fixed any time soon because this is such a niche product.

Redragon makes the K585DITI one hand, mechanical keyboard, and I have been really pleased with how it fits into my set up. It’s built as a compact 42 key, mechanical keyboard that keeps the most important keys at your thumb and fingertips, which has been especially useful for what I use it for. I use this keyboard for gaming and for work and it’s been fantastic so far. Right from the unboxing, the keyboard felt very solid and well crafted. The mechanical switches I got the version with satisfying tactile feedback. Give every key press a responsive feel that noticeable better than a regular membrane pad. One feature I really appreciate is the program mobile macro keys. There are seven of them that you can buying to custom commands or shortcuts – I mapped F5 to one of these to make refreshing easier, and it’s been reliable and effortless to use once programmed. The RGB lighting is a fun touch, too. It has multiple backlight modes you can cycle through, and while that’s not necessity for my workflow, it adds a bit of personal flair to my set up. Another nice detail is the detachable wrist rest , which secures magnetically. It doesn’t feel premium like memory foam, but it helps keep my hand comfortable over longer sessions and makes it easy to keep the keypad position just how I like it. The compact footprint is one of the things I like: it frees up space on my desk and let me position my mouse exactly where I want without a full keyboard crowding the area. Using this alongside my mouse feels natural and efficient ones I get used to it Overall, this is a a keypad that feels solid, balance when it comes to performance, programmable, and great value. It’s especially useful if you want quick access to macros or need a small, responsive key that keeps useful keys in easy reach without committing to a full mechanical keyboard. I constantly switch back-and-forth sometimes depending on my work task to this K585DITI keypad and my other full mechanical keyboard. I am so happy that I decided to take the jump and grab this gaming keyboard because it has made my life a lot easier when it comes to finishing up task and gaming. This is an absolute game changer when it comes to my work, set up and gaming, and I most definitely have seen improvement in my productivity using this keypad. I never seems to get tired of hearing the mechanical key strokes with each click this is exactly what I was hoping for and it exceeded my expectation. I absolutely recommend it
