8 LED RC Light Kit, RC Flashing Lighting System, Simulation Flash Lamp for 1/10 RC Airplane Helicopter (4-6V)

Nice 5mm led lights. I put them in a Flywing RC Helicopter. The small mounting clips are great. They hold the lights in place. The wires are all plenty long for this application (450 size RC helicopter). If you look at the side of the led’s they aren’t that bright. Looking at them straight on (the top of the lens) they are super bright. In order to see them better from every direction, I used 2000 grit sandpaper on the lights (makes them diffused). I left the front spotlight unsanded. I am completely happy with the lights. The “control” box (for lack of a better term) works perfectly, creating solid “always on” lights, blinking lights, and slow-on/slow-off lights (sort of like a beacon light). I’m purchasing another set for another RC helicopter. Check out my video to see how they turned out. Great price too. Updated: I am so satisfied with these, I have purchased 2 more sets for additional helicopters. So far they have worked flawlessly. I connected them to an empty slot on the receiver for power and did not use an additional battery. This has worked great. Some say not to do this, but the led’s draw such a low amount of power I feel comfortable doing it. And so far so good. For the price of these, it’s a fantastic deal.

Worked just as I’d hoped. Gave as a gift to a buddy of mine who wanted to put lights on one of his rc airplanes he built. Worked perfect!

Great price for this light kit. I installed it on my Flywing Huey v4 and they look amazing.

Great navigation light set for multiple aircraft. Bright during dusk and dawn for easy locating and directing direction. Could be brighter for daytime flying. Very easy to install on this aircraft, some ingenuity may be needed on others. Nice plug and play features or set to control with transmitter depending on application.

Great set of Nav light. Wish it took a higher voltage.

I did need to cut one of the twin light wires and used that piece to extend the other light for the tail light, but outside of that, they work great.
