I ORDERED ONE SIZE BIGGER I.E. 4XL AND WISH I HAD ORDERED 3XL. I ASSUMED THE SHIRT WOULD SHRINK A LITTLE AS THEY DO SOMETIMES, BUT DIDN'T. THE SHIRT STILL FITS OKAY BUT LOOSLY WHICH I'D RATHER HAVE THAN TOO TIGHT. SIZES ARE UK ACCURATE SO JUST ORDER THE SIZE YOU WANT.

Lovely sweatshirt and perfect for keeping warm , it’s to big for me but that’s my mistake not there’s as I’m short very muscular guy with an odd body but I would say buy your size I got a 3 XL as most things like jackets are but I think I could get in between Xl & XXL but quality of Slazenger has never changed

Quick background. I had recently watched "Goldfinger" (James Bond film) and always liked the golf game sequence where Slazenger golf balls play an important part of the scene. Connery also has a very handsome V-neck maroon pullover, and I wanted to get something similar if for no better reason but to remember that scene every time I wear this sweatshirt. I say it fits "as expected" but I expected it to fit just slightly smaller than an average US sweatshirt since Slazenger is a British company. The photo on this listing is slightly deceptive as it appears as though there are no real cuffs on the sleeves or hem, but there is a band around both indeed. This was a little disappointing to find out, though with the material being actual sweatshirt material, I am not that surprised. The sleeves do fit pretty tightly. I have long arms and it will just make it to my wrists, but not cover them. If you're used to having a bit of sleeve to grab at, these sleeves will probably be too short. But. The material is very soft, and it did not shrink at all after one wash (not that I noticed) As far as warmth, it is not heavyweight but it is not super light either. It would probably fall somewhere in the middle range and be apropos for an autumn day raking leaves or for the inside of the house during winter. I don't play golf so I can't give you any opinions on whether it'll improve your game.

Compared to my previous Slazenger sweaters this one in M size has the chest circumference of a 2XL. You could fit 2 people in an M size. For some reason it expands a couple of cm on each side below the armpit. It's not just too big, the shape is wrong. If this is an M for plus size bellies, it should have been mentioned.
