Dry patches be gone
So so good! Honestly helps my dry skin so much better then most brands I’ve used over the years as I have dry skin patches on arms/legs which only cleaned up fully after using this for a month! I’ve got order it a few times now and yeah sometimes the pump is a bit blocked up but the actual cream does me wonders

Pump
Bought for the first time when my usual Zeroderma Double was out of stock. The bottle refuses to pump no matter what I do. Forced the top off and will use with a spatula to get the cream out until my usual moisturiser returns. The cream is fine and much thicker than what I’m used to - shame about the pump action.

Basic no frills good value emollient
This general purpose skin cream works for me. I was prescribed it along with other treatments and I found I was using it as a general skin emollient and getting good results. The cream is thick and dispensed well by the pump action container. Dry flaky areas became soft and supple with daily use. I found this to be better than more expensive branded creams and lotions. It has no fragrance and is a little sticky and greasy when applied but is absorbed. While it will not suit every one or every condition its worth a try and I am glad I found it.

Thick
This is quite a thick emollient, which is perfect as a barrier cream and is what I wanted. It is easy to apply and goes on evenly, not leaving any visible residue. Feels nice, lasts well and I think it’d be a perfect soap substitute if that’s what you’re looking for.

Buy it once a year
Use a bottle once a year, for the last few years. I have eczema and it's very useful. Lasts a long time. I don't find it particularly greasy but I know some people do. Great value for money and size

Defective product and no refund
This is a second replacement I received as the first would not work - the pump was defective. I received another today and opened it correctly - and this pump won't work either. Tried for over 10 minutes. Tried to request return but Amazon say it can't be returned. But I can't use it, as it is a sealed unit. If the pump doesn't work it won't come out. Really not helpful. Won't be ordering again from here.

Nice cream but gave me an allergic reaction.
Used it only for 4 days. First 2 days everything was fine. My skin is very dry and my previous cream wasn't doing the job. This one moisturised it well. I loved it. Then I woke up swollen everywhere around my eyes and face and with a rash on my face and neck. Didn't connect it with this cream at first. 4th morning same thing happened. I stopped using it because that was the only new thing I changed recently. 5th day no swelling luckily so I knew it was the cream. The rash slowly goes down and it's been 3 or 4 days off of it. My skin is extremely dry now as the bumpy rush is drying out and my skin is literally shedding. Neck seems to take longer to heal than face. It's still rough to touch. I was hoping that product would help moisturise my skin but I ended with even worse dryness and other issues 😔 3 stars as I don't feel like it deserves 1 star, but after my experience it doesn't deserve 5 stars either. Be cautious while using it. It says it can cause a delayed allergic reaction. And it did 😔
