these Chinese insoles are not ok for me. they do not hold foot arch at all. simply waste of money if bought. better to buy really known ones and not waste time. even if more costly.

Le ho prese mio figlio che ha il piede piatto. Suolette misurate in cm, azzeccata la misura. Si puo anche ritagliare davanti. Il rialzo è solido come tutta la suoletta. Ma non da fastidio o dolori. Ho ordinato un secondo paio x me che metto nella scarpa da lavoro. Mi da stabilità. Prezzo ottimo

I love these. I have a very high instep and need insoles to balance me out. But I also have very poor circulation. These are so comfortable and cosy in winter - but the wool also helps regulate temperature in spring and autumn too so I don’t overheat either. They’re not cheap but they’re great quality and offer value for money.
