A case of these were sent to my mother-in-law with which she never discovered the purchaser. It was a gift to us as well as she shared with her kids. Best waffles I have ever eaten!! Easy to prepare. Very soft, easy to swallow which is a problem for me.

These are harder and harder to find in stores, but hands down the best pancake mix. Our family always gets tummy issues with B**quick mix and with these we have zero issues. We do alter the mix by doing the full box with 1 1/2 cups of water or milk with 1 egg...then it's stays thicker and result in fluffier pancakes.

I've been buying this mix since I discovered it in the 90's in NYC. It reminds me of the wonderful thin pancakes my mother made us for breakfast as children; this mix is the closest I've ever found to hers. The batter has an excellent taste to it (I always use milk to make them with, not water). I have never made them for anyone who did not say they were the tastiest pancakes they have ever had. They aren't like those thick fluffy things they make now, so it can be labor-intensive as you have to make a lot of pancakes to fill people up, but they are SO worth it and so memorable. I crave them just looking at the box..

We love this mix. You have to understand that it is not a thick batter. Made to be thin and delicious. Great change to big thick pancakes. This is our 'crepe' if you will. Thin and delicious. Key is having your pan or griddle on the right setting - we play with that as we have an old griddle. Love to change up breakfast - well worth the price for my family.

This delicious pancake mix makes thin Swedish type pancakes. My grandkids and all adults love them! Can’t find this mix in stores anymore.

this is a great cape pancake mix. the family have enjoyed this for many years. just wish it would come with better packaging so the boxes are not smashed.

So happy to find this Lunds Mix on Amazon, as it is difficult to find in the stores. Such a treat! I've never liked thick, heavy pancakes . . . these are similar to crepes, and as Goldilocks used to say, they are "just right!"

I have never been without this product in my home for as long as I can remember. There is nothing ( including homemade) That has the consistency to produce absolutely perfect mouthwatering crepes like these ! I wish it were better known.
