I started to look for a sinus spray after my allergy doctor, the creator of Dr. Neusal sinus spray, closed his office. I loved his nasal spray, it helped a lot. As my sinuses were getting worse (I ran out of the spray), I did research online and ordered 3-4 sinus products and tried them all. I immediately settled on one of the sprays… Vicks saline spray. I wanted a natural ( no drug) spray. I was surprised as to how well it works. My impression of this product is that it works better than Dr. Neusal spray ( which was great). This will be my go-to spray from now on!!!

Best thing for colds!

This stuff works good at clearing out your sinus when stuffed up and leaves you feeling refreshed and not so dry. Would definitely recommend and great price too!

The saline spray is exactly as promised - it’s more concentrated and “saltier” (like inhaling sea water). Unfortunately, it’s too strong for my nasal tissues as the solution doesn’t heal the scabs inside my nose from the excess allergy irritation and dryness. Sadly, I’m going to have to throw it away, obviously, as I can’t share it but it’s my own fault for getting the extra strength version of the spray. I’m going to try the regular strength next. The spray is easy to use - just be aware that it comes out strong when the applicator mechanism is pressed.

Good rinse

These have worked great to help clear out my sinuses and help keep my allergies in check. One bottle has lasted me through spring, summer, and into fall. I don't think I will be without this product to help with my allergies and sinus issues.

For a nasal flush, it should be easier to use. It's ok but I only used it once because it was unpleasant. I'll use my nettipot instead
