I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son's girlfriend. Her family voted me best gift giver!

I have owned 3 different cricut machines in my life and was excited to get the joy, I bought it for myself and set it up as the directions said, it cut the sample fine. Then i went to cut a birthday card for someone and the signal would not stay connected long enough for the card to finish cutting, after 7 or 8 attempts at the same card it finally finished and then the machine made a cut right up through the middle of the card!! I was beyond frustrated! I had never had these issues with a cricut product!! I walked away from it for a day and tried it again, same issue! I did some googling of the issue and saw tons of people were having the same issue! I was so disappointed and aggravated by this point I boxed it up and returned it! Luckily Amazon gave me no issues with the return or refund!!!!
