YUM! Exactly the heat level I had been looking for to make my Thai food better, not to exclude ramen and others as well.

BEST hot chili oil we have found. We use this in soups and rice. This is VERY spicy, especially when brand new since the oils make it extra spicy. One container lasts us about a year and when the oil is gone towards the end, we just add more oil to mix in. Love the garlic flavor too!

Just excellent, exactly what you're looking for! If you're like me and you're looking for that insanely spicey, numbing sort of hot chili oil that goes great with soups, dumplings, and anything you put hot sauce on then this is it. I've tried plenty of other brands and they have a strong secondary flavor, like sesame oil or pepper taste. But this is just pure kick you the face spice! Which is great because you can add just a little or a lot and you will have the heat without messing up the flavor profile of your food.

I feel like it used to be spicier. However after finally finding it again (seems asian grocery stores don't really sell this brand anymore), its not as spicy anymore.

Definitely recommend if you’re wanting something SPICY and a bit crunchy! Worth the money! Had it with some pho and was definitely the kick it needed! 10/10!

This is one thing that is a complete staple in the house. I've tried other chili oils and this one has got SUCH a great flavor. And by great flavor, I mean it feels COMPLETE. It doesn't feel like there's something missing in the dish with this added and some other ingredients. The quality is superb, I keep mine out of the fridge after opening and it's never been a problem. I have also kept it IN the fridge before, and other than it being kind of difficult to scoop out, never had a problem. The bottle has always come proper and there hasn't been any leakage. The texture of this is that of a regular chili oil, but more dry. And it's SPICY. Even if you don't like a LOT of spicy, I would still get this because a VERY LITTLE can go a LONG WAY, and mixing it with other ingredients can be worth it on it's own. I LOVE spicy and I use this mainly to make a sauce for ramen (this, mirin, veggie oil, soy sauce and sesame oil), or even for that viral chili oil pasta that was going around for awhile, and I like it spicy, so I use good chunk each time, and this whole jar has lasted me... I don't know, at least 6 months so far. And I still have probably a month or so left of it. So if you're looking for something with value for your money and you like spicy and flavor then definitely give this a try.

If you like spicy, this is the chili crisp for you. It has amazing flavor and is much hotter than Lao Gan Ma and other more common brands. I will never not have this in my cabinet. Life-changing stuff!
